Buxa Tiger Reserve is situated in Alipurduar Sub-division of Jalpaiguri District, West Bengal. It comprises of the entire erstwhile Buxa Forest Division (702.44 km2), and a part of Cooch- Behar Forest Division (58.43 km2). The Reserve lies between north latitudes 26o30' - 26o55' and east longitudes 89o20' - 89o55'. This is a very short trek in Buxa hills of Sinchula Range (Bhutan Himalaya).
